About Your Candidate:
Wayne is a life-long resident of Washington County and is serving his second term as Commissioner on the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, MD. A graduate of Hancock Middle-Senior High School, Wayne continued his education locally at Hagerstown Community College, then earned his B.S. And M.B.A. from Frostburg State University. He has over a decade of experience as a commercial banker with roles in consumer lending, and corporate accounting. Wayne currently works as both Program Developer and Adjunct Instructor with his alma mater, Frostburg State University, and is a licensed real estate agent with Keller-Williams Premier Realty. An Active member of the community, he has previously served as President of the Hancock Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President of the Rotary Club of Hancock, and Secretary/Treasurer for the Hancock Historical Society. Wayne currently resides in Hancock with his wife, Janine, and daughter, Lillie.
